Growing old is mandatory, growing up is optional; sometimes we have to pretend to be Grown Upped. From a Duke of Edinburgh Award to private school, studying abroad and a lifetime on public transport. Sam's show builds a picture of what pushed him off the edge and onto the stage.

The product of over 2 years of collecting material and over 26 years of growing up this show is going to be Sam's debut comedy special.

Drawing from a range of subjects that have fascinated and amused Sam in his early life the show will examine things such as scouts, family life, school and the general day to day events that have shaped him into the person we know today.
